My goal is to offer a variety of services to meet the needs of each individual client. Traveling for work? Going on vacation? Want to skip the gym and workout from home? No matter what the situation I can help you find an option that will help you stay accountable and consistent to meet your goals. We offer innovative classes that are small and personalized, one on one training, partner training, and online training.  

          PERSONAL TRAINING

 

Personal training sessions are one-on-one sessions in my private studio. Training sessions include warm -up, 50 minute workout, cool - down, and a recommended exercise plan that address each participants' goals. Initial complimentary consultation is required prior to sign up. 

           SMALL GROUP TRAINING

For small group training you have the option of picking your own group of 3 participants or choosing from the PFPF list of classes. Classes being offered change so check class schedule often on Mindbody App under PureFOOD PureFIT or click here. All classes offered are at small group training rate. Initial complimentary consultation is required prior to sign up for each participant. 

           PARTNER TRAINING

Partner training sessions are available in the same format as the individual training sessions. Training sessions include warm -up, 50 minute partner workout, cool - down and a recommended exercise plan that address each participants' goals. These sessions are limited to 2 individuals. Initial complimentary consultation is required prior to sign up for each individual participating. 

           ONLINE TRAINING

 

Online training is designed for those who want a customized fitness and nutrition plan with the convenience of training in their own home or gym. The plan will align with your specific goals and take into consideration food preferences, activity level, and specific injuries. All the planning is done for you! Initial phone complimentary consultation is required prior to sign up.
